The Essor program (formely Audit industry 4.0)  aims to encourage as many Quebec businesses as possible to undertake the digital shift by realizing:


  • a diagnosis and a digital plan;


  • a structured approach to selecting solutions;


  • change management planning in relation to prioritized digital projects.


Accelerate the realization of an investment project for your company by allowing the use of studies prior to your investment project, i.e. feasibility studies and a digital diagnosis.

By who

Investissement Québec administers this program as an agent of the Government of Québec.

For who

Companies from almost all sectors of activity are eligible, including cooperatives and social economy enterprises. Exceptions are listed here (sorry, link in french only).

  • Guide you to self-diagnose the digital maturity level


2 - Audit Essor – Part 1: Diagnosis


  • Identify 9 to 25 processes to audit


  • Conduct interviews with managers of various processes


  • Conduct interviews for strategic and technological aspects


  • Analyze the results and determine the level of digital maturity of the organization


  • Produce an official report that meets IQ requirements


  • Create extras to the report (we will be happy to tell you about it)


  • Produce and deliver an executive presentation


3 - Audit Essor – Part 2: support in the implementation plan


  • To be determined according to the results of phase 1
